REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, licenses, custom development work, and professional services offered by Revolv ERP, a proprietary software owned and operated by In Centre Solutions, Mumbai, India.

By subscribing to or using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

This Policy is compliant with:

The Information Technology Act, 2000

Indian Contract Act, 1872

Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

Applicable GST norms

Industry standards for SaaS, ERP, CRM, and enterprise software

2. GENERAL POLICY - NO REFUND FOR SOFTWARE SERVICES

Revolv ERP is a digital, subscription-based enterprise solution.

All payments made towards:

Subscription Fees

Setup & Onboarding Fees

Custom Development Charges

Module Integration Fees

API Charges

Server Hosting / Cloud Fees

Training Fees

License & Add-on Purchases

are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We follow a strict no-refund policy, as once services are activated, significant resources are allocated, including server provisioning, development time, support manpower, and digital licenses.

3. SUBSCRIPTION FEES – NON-REFUNDABLE

Subscription fees (monthly/quarterly/yearly) are non-refundable, whether the user has fully utilized the platform or not.

No refunds will be issued for partial usage, non-usage, or unused months under any subscription plan.

Subscription renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT, API INTEGRATIONS & SPECIAL PROJECTS

All custom development work, including:

Workflows

Integrations

Design changes

Module customizations

GST/e-invoice/e-waybill APIs

Google Maps integrations

Mobile app customizations

Third-party API installations

is 100% non-refundable, irrespective of project stage, even if:

Client changes requirement

Client delays approval

Client cancels the project

Client is unsatisfied due to requirement changes

Client’s internal team changes decision

Once development begins, resources are committed, hence no cancellation or refund is permitted.

5. SERVICE CANCELLATION
5.1 By the Client

A client may request cancellation of services by writing to:

Cancellation becomes effective only after:

onfirmation from our team

Clearance of all outstanding dues

Submission of cancellation acknowledgement

5.2 No Automatic Refund on Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription or service does not entitle the client to a refund of:

Past payments

Remaining billing cycles

Setup fees

License fees

Customization charges

5.3 Data Responsibility

Client must download/backup their data before cancellation. Post-cancellation:

Access is permanently disabled

Data may be deleted as per retention policy

We are not responsible for retrieving deleted data

6. NON-PAYMENT & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

If a client fails to pay within the stipulated time:

Access may be suspended

Data may be archived or locked

No refunds will be issued for the suspended duration

Service reinstatement may include reactivation fees

After 45 days of non-payment, the Company may delete the data permanently.

7. SERVER, HOSTING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Fees paid for:

Cloud hosting

SMS gateway

Email gateway

Third-party APIs

Maps/Geo tracking services

Payment gateway charges

are non-refundable, as these services are provisioned instantly and billed by external vendors.

In case of third-party downtime, no refund will be issued.

8. TRIAL ACCOUNTS

If a free trial is provided (at the Company’s discretion):

No payment is required

No refund applies

Trial data may be deleted after trial expiry

Upgrades from trial to paid accounts are final and non-refundable.

9. DUPLICATE OR FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

Refunds will only be considered when:

A payment was deducted multiple times due to bank error

A technical issue caused double billing

In such cases:

The client must share proof of the duplicate charge

Verification may take 7–10 working days

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

This is the only situation where refunds may be issued.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by and interpreted according to:

Laws of India

Applicable regulations of the Government of India

Jurisdiction: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Mumbai.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Revolv ERP and In Centre Solutions are not liable for:

Client’s internal losses, downtime, business interruption

Data loss due to user error

Changes in business requirements

Third-party issues (API changes, downtime, gateway issues)

Updates, patches, or feature modifications

Technical disruptions beyond our control

Under all circumstances, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the last one

billing cycle (if applicable).

12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.

Revised versions will be published on our website.

Continued use of Revolv ERP implies acceptance of the updated Policy.
